Ingredients:

  • 1 lb boneless chicken thighs, cut into 1″ cubes
  • 2 tbsp Piri Piri Grilling Dry Spice Blend
  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Wooden skewers, soaked 30 minutes
  • Thinly sliced red onion & cucumber, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Make the marinade: Whisk Piri Piri Grilling Dry Spice Blend, peanut butter, oil, and paprika into a smooth paste. Toss chicken cubes to coat. Marinate 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours).
  2. Skewer: Thread chicken onto soaked skewers.
  3. Preheat grill: Medium‑high heat.
  4. Grill: Cook 3–4 minutes per side until charred at edges and cooked through (165 °F internal).
  5. Garnish & serve: Arrange on a platter with onion, cucumber, and extra Piri Piri Grilling Dry Spice Blend for dipping.

Tips:
