Exceptions:
- Gift sets, sale bundles, or clearance items marked “Final Sale” are non‑refundable (exchange or store credit available).
- Opened spice jars only refundable if defective or damaged.

- Receive a Return Authorization email with your prepaid label (domestic orders).
- Pack securely and drop off at the specified carrier.

- Inspection: We inspect returned items to confirm eligibility.
- Timing: Approved refunds issued within 5 business days to your original payment method.
- Notification: Email confirmation once your refund is processed.
4. Exchanges & Store Credit
If you’d prefer an exchange or store credit instead of a refund, let us know in your return email—no expiration on credits.
5. Shipping Costs
- Damaged/Defective Items: We cover return shipping.
