Ingredients:

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 2 tbsp Piri Piri Grilling Dry Spice Blend

  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • Wooden skewers, soaked 30 minutes

  • Lemon wedges & fresh herbs, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Make the marinade: Mix Piri Piri Grilling Dry Spice Blend, peanut butter, olive oil, and lemon juice into a smooth paste.

  2. Marinate shrimp: Toss shrimp in the marinade and let sit for 15–30 minutes.

  3. Skewer: Thread shrimp onto soaked skewers.

  4. Grill: Cook over medium-high heat, 2–3 minutes per side until opaque and lightly charred.

  5. Garnish & serve: Serve with lemon wedges and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
