Sticky, spicy, and smoky—these Piri Piri-spiced chicken wings are ideal for parties, game nights, or simply spicing up dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 3 tbsp Piri Piri Grilling Dry Spice Blend
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven: Set to 400 °F (200 °C).
  2. Make the marinade: Mix Piri Piri Grilling Dry Spice Blend, peanut butter, oil, and salt into a paste. Toss wings to coat.
  3. Marinate: Let sit for 1 hour (optional for more flavor).
  4. Bake: Spread wings on a lined tray and roast for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Optional glaze: Drizzle with honey during the last 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish & serve: Plate with lime wedges and extra Piri Piri Grilling Dry Spice Blend sprinkled on top.
