Ingredients:

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, cut into thick wedges
  • 1½ tbsp Piri Piri Grilling Dry Spice Blend
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • Fresh parsley or scallions, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Boil wedges: Parboil sweet potatoes for 5 minutes and drain well.
  2. Season: Toss with olive oil, Piri Piri Grilling Dry Spice Blend, and sea salt.
  3. Grill: Cook over medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side until nicely charred.
